06 new schemes were included in PSDP 2023-24, out of which 5 have been approved by the competent forum.

The scheme namely “Construction of Additional Carriageway along Mehran Highway from Nawabshah to Ranipur (o. 239 of 2023-24” is yet to be considered by CDWP.

During the consideration of schemes of Works & Services Department CDWP forum decided that Government of Sindh would share 50% of the cost.

The CDWP also decided that the cost of land and 5% Sindh Sales Tax may also be borne by Government of Sindh.
